SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email at their registered email address, indicating that the order has been received and the payment has been pre-authorized. We will then coordinate with our suppliers to confirm product availability for prompt dispatch. Our goal is to deliver orders within 7 to 10 business days. However, Vaz Auto Solutions cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or supplier-related issues. Order cancellations and refunds will only be considered if the item is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Shipping & Tracking

When the requested parts are in stock, we aim to ship your order within five business days. Once the shipment is processed, tracking information will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours via the contact details you provided at checkout.

3. Damaged Shipments

We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon delivery for any signs of damage or tampering.

If damage is found:

  • Note the damage on the delivery slip before signing.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.

  • Email all relevant details and images to: info@theautospares.com
